What are your office hours?
We see patients by appointment from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturday by appointment only.

How do I get to your office?
Our new facility is located at 221 E. Orangethorpe Ave. in Fullerton. We are North of the 91 freeway and are between Harbor and Lemon. If you are going North on Lemon take the next major left onto Orangethorpe Ave. Take the next immediate right into the Fullerton Town Center. We are located just behind the Thai BBQ and Carl’s JR. (just behind us is the Fullerton AMC 21 theater). Click here to view detailed map.

What are your different payment options?
Our office is making a concerted effort to keep the cost of your dental care down so that you and your family can receive quality, individualized care. In order for us to achieve this goal, payment by cash or check at the time of your dental visit is preferred. A 5% accounting reduction is available if you pay, in full, for services in advance of treatment.
As an optional convenience for you, we also accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
As an additional courtesy to our patients, we are able to file your insurance claims and accept an assignment of your benefit. We ask you to pay the estimated amount not covered by your insurance at the time of each of your appointments. We also stress that insurance is an agreement between you and your insurance company, and that you are ultimately responsible for paying in full for all of the services you receive.
When the dental treatment needed exceeds your budget, our financial coordinator can assist you in making alternative arrangements with several third party financing companies. These companies are Care Credit, Healthcare Creditline and Dental Fee Plan (hyperlink these to pg 16).

How do you handle appointments?
To ensure every patient is given quality time, appointments are required for non-emergency care. We respectfully schedule your appointments to prevent long waits, and we will make every effort to stay on schedule. We believe that your time is as valuable as ours, so you can expect us to be prompt and efficient.
Patients are encouraged to sign up for our patient rewards program. If you sign up and can arrive at our office for your treatment within a 1.5 hour window on any given date we call you, then we will offer an additional 5% off treatment performed. This allows us to keep our schedule moving along and helps benefit our patients that are flexible with their time.

What do you offer that I can't get at most Dental practices?
We understand that many patients are anxious about a visit to the dentist, so we strive to maintain an atmosphere of gentleness, efficiency and sensitivity. If you are a newcomer, we would like to offer you a "Get Acquainted Tour" so that you may personally assess our office and meet our staff. If you like what you see, we will gladly assist you in completing paperwork and transferring your records.
During your first appointment we will discuss your medical history as it relates to Dental care. After evaluating your teeth, gums, jaw joints, muscles and soft tissues of the mouth, we will take any necessary x-rays. Finally, using the specific information we have compiled, we will recommend a treatment plan for optimal oral health that includes procedures, options and fees. Your complete understanding and agreement with this plan will be necessary before any treatment begins.
Follow-up appointments and regular preventive care visits will be scheduled with your convenience in mind. While the primary responsibility for returning for these visits rests with you, we will gladly provide advanced reminders confirming your reserved time.

What can I do to prevent problems with my teeth in the first place?
We are committed to preserving your beautiful smile through high-quality Dental care. The best way to accomplish this mission is through the prevention of dental disease. Most dental problems are preventable. With regular checkups and the use of advanced technology, early detection enables us to catch problems when they are most treatable and least expensive.
In addition to routine brushing and flossing, we recommend that our patients schedule dental hygiene cleanings as specifically tailored for you by the doctor. Should a significant problem exist, our full range of services and expertise allows us to conveniently treat most conditions here in our office.
